  4. WHAT IS NUTRISOFT WEIGHT PERFECT?

  6. NutriSoft Weight Perfect is a Microsoft Windows program that allows you to
  7. monitor your diet and establish a plan to lose or gain weight.

  9. The program calculates the amount of fat, carbohydrate, protein, and
  10. calories in your food consumption using a standard database of common foods
  11. or your own data. It analyzes the caloric contribution from fat, protein and
  12. carbohydrate from your food and helps you obtain a more healthful diet.

  14. It also provides utilities to calculate your ideal weight, body mass index, 
  15. suggested daily caloric and maximum fat intake.

  17. You can save the daily plan for later retrieval and print out reports of the
  18. program's nutritional analyses.

  26. Insert the NutriSoft Weight Perfect diskette into drive A: or B:.
  27. From the Windows File Manager, run the 'setup.exe' program on the diskette. 
  28. Setup will copy all needed files to a directory on your hard drive and create 
  29. a Program Manager's group for NutriSoft Applications.

  34. Double click on the NutriSoft Weight Perfect icon in the NutriSoft Applications
  35. Group.
